About us

Build. Flex. Grow.

Three words from our mark, and a fair description of how we work: build what is needed, stay flexible about how, and design for what the organisation becomes next.

Who we are

A Saudi technology company with a specialist focus

Flex Code is headquartered in Riyadh and works across the Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates and Lebanon. We concentrate on legal technology, medico-legal systems and the enterprise platforms that surround them.

That focus is deliberate. Legal and medical information carries obligations that generic software teams tend to discover late — retention rules, privilege, consent, chain of custody, and the simple fact that a document may one day be read aloud in a hearing. We would rather know that from the first workshop.

Our regional technology alliances give us the engineering bench, the ERP depth and the enterprise content and AI capability to deliver at scale — while keeping the specialist knowledge close to the client.

What we hold to

Principles we do not trade away

Confidentiality first

Client matters, medical records and case data are handled on a need-to-know basis with technical controls behind the policy.

Say the difficult thing

If a project should be smaller, later, or not happen at all, we say so before the contract, not during the retrospective.

Adoption is the measure

A platform nobody uses has failed, however well it was built. We measure ourselves on live usage.

Arabic as a first language

Not a translation layer. Arabic shapes the interface, the documents and the search from the first design.

Own the whole path

Strategy, build, migration, training and support — one accountable team from start to steady state.

Long relationships

Most of our value shows up in year two and three. We staff and price for that.

Compliance posture

Regulation is part of the design brief

We keep current with the Saudi regulatory environment because it directly shapes how systems must be built.

  • Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), enforced by SDAIA
  • National Cybersecurity Authority Essential Cybersecurity Controls
  • Cloud Computing Regulatory Framework and data-classification guidance
  • ZATCA e-invoicing (Fatoora) requirements for finance systems
  • Sector rules for healthcare records and legal professional obligations

This describes our design approach. It is not legal advice; clients should confirm obligations with their own counsel and regulator.
